Question : I twested my leg and Ithink I might have pulled the leder just above my ankle. It is painful. should I put ice or heat on it?I am 70

In addition to that, take tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain relief. Finally, avoid moving the joint except very necessary to allow for rapid healing.
