Brief Ans-Chronic Heavy drinking with raised GGT with piles and perineal lump

Hi,Dear !! Thanks for the query to HCM.
Read and reviewed the query facts and feel concerned about your health issues.
You have 2-3 issues in your query.Which concerns you most?

My Impression-
Based on the given data,it seems that You seem to suffer from-
-10yrs-chronic Alcoholic Liver Disease-as indicated from high GGT levels and about which you should be concerned seriously.Need to refrain / abstain from heavy drinks under experts guidance.

-6-7 yrs-Pain in right lower abdomen with dry piles(?Sentinel Pile-with inactive Fissure in ano) .This pain seems to be related to hepatitis induced with alcoholic intake and hence is not there when you don't take alcohol for 2-3 days time.Accompanied Constipation could be an aggravating factor for this pain.

-2 mths old-small peanut lump in perineum, which is growing lately, to testes size and is painless,solid-for which I would need more information,as to its reducibility. It could be Sebaceous Cyst / or it could be dermoid Cyst, but these don't explain it reducibility. It could be chronic bulbar urethral gland cyst with or without abscess.USG study would fix its causes from amongst the mentioned causes.

More info needed please-
I would need more details from You, in each of the above health issues,to give more specific replies after getting more information from you, in coming 2-3 sessions.

Await more specific queries , for more replies on various aspects, if need be, so as to fix this problem.
