Question : I have a spot more a lesion on the side of the face not pussy, but like hard skin, itchy small spots around it , no redness, photo can be supplied if required.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.

I can see a rough looking raised lesion on
left temple and a few smaller raised satellite lesions. There is background photo damage.

I suggest a Skin biopsy. It can possibly be a squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
