                                            Dermographism and treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called Dermographism.
It is an allergic condition of skin characterised by itchy red transient eruptions over body on the area being scratched or rubbed against.
It may be associated with red colored itchy eruptions over body not being scratched also better known as Urticaria.
The condition is chronic as you told it has been for three years.
You are taking zocon which is an antifungal. Your doctor must have seen some clinical sign suggestive of fungal infection for which it was prescribed. It has no role in Dermographism.
In such patients, initially I prefer to advise combination of levocetrizine and montelukast to my patients.
If it doesn't respond, then I go for short course of steroids like wysolone.
You have already taken many antihistaminics which treat the allergic condition.
But you likely have not taken montelukast which prevent the initiation of allergic response. So it acts on the very first step of allergic reaction.
You should visit your doctor and share my opinion with him.
I am sure that he would agree with this.
You need to get prescription for the same.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
