It's the right image and I can see it. It's on her cheeks. Do you see it?
May I have an update?

Brief Answer:
Either Herpes Or Impetigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you. I can see the image. I can see grouped, fluid filled bumps on left side.
This could be either herpes labialis Or impetigo.
I would suggest you to apply a topical antibacterial e.g 2% muporocin cream (T-Bact Cream), twice daily, for a few days.
Regards

I took her to Doctor and the rash went away as the day progressed here. Doctor in clinical exam said it is not herpes. Also there is no blisters here and it is not hurting her or tingling.
She is 5 years and not in contact with anyone who got active sores . I am attaching a new picture here for you to have a second look. I am worried now a lot, she says it is itchy there. She is just five and can't express what she feels. There is no fever or pain there. We are in the US and not sure if it cold weather which is causing it.

Brief Answer:
Get a blood test after 4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Images. I can definitely see some fluid filled lesions. I would definitely keep herpes as a possibility. The best way to confirm is to go for a blood test, however, you need to wait for at least 3-4 weeks before taking a blood test because circulating antibodies may appear late. I suggest ELISA for Hsv Type 1, IgM and IgG.
Moreover, the site is classical of herpes. Orolabial herpes is usually asymptomatic and therefore absence of symptoms is not a criteria.
Orolabial herpes is usually acquired through casual contact like kissing from someone who has the infection. Most of the infections are acquired during clinically asymtomatic phases i.e without any evidence of active sores.

we as parents are not infected and she is 5 years and she doesn't let anyone touch her. So I am not sure how and I took her to the pediatrician here and he said it doesn't look like Herpes lessons. I am not sure whom to trust now.
Brief Answer:
A dermatologist would be a suitable person to consult
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I think the better person to consult would have been a dermatologist rather than a pediatrician. I still believe, herpes is a possible diagnosis. By the way, what diagnosis did the pediatrician suggested for this?? and did he prescribed anything for it? Obviously there can be a difference of opinion between doctors and moreover I am at a disadvantage of just having to look at the Image and giving a diagnosis. Anyways, don't need to worry. Get a blood test after at 4 week mark. Herpes is quite common and most patients do not realise or remember where they got it from and also because most of the infections are acquired during clinically asymptomatic phases.

Blod test is the only way to identify what it is ? In XXXXXXX we never had this issue I am not sure why it is all happening here. Should we go to a dermatologist?
Brief Answer:
No harm in taking a second opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Clinically it seems very much like herpes i.e hsv 1 infection. You may as well take a second opinion from a dermatologist near you, who would definitely be in a better position of being able to look at it more closely and directly. Its upto you. Blood test is only for a confirmatory diagnosis, if their is some doubt clinically.
