Brief Answer:
sinus infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your comments
It sounds like you started out with a bronchitis and now it has turned into a sinus infection.
It would really help for you to use a nasal saline spray 6-8 times a day to flush out allergens and keep the noise moistened.
You also need to stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water and avoiding caffeine and alcohol.
Stay away from smoke.
If you continue to have trouble breathing try a nasal steroid like flonase.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

Dr. Robinson

I forgot to mention my face is red and I have a fever but the fever is not constant I usually run 97.5 that's my basal temp and off and on for three days its been 99.5 but what is strange the fever doesn't last long and I haven't been taking anything for it it just goes away plus my nose is not stuffy if anything with a nose strip I breathe too good what I mean is I'm usually stuffy anyway but now I breathe a lot of air without constriction. Also why am I so dizzy

You can have dizziness due to ...

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
The infection may cause the dizziness or it may be that you are not well hydrated and a relative dehydration can cause some dizziness.
Sorry, I thought you had a stuffy nose.
If you have a runny nose the nasal saline and flonase may still help decrease the allergens but also an antihistamine may help dry up the runny nose.
I hope you feel better soon
