Question : About 3 wks ago I had a bad cough and I'm sure allergies and. Sinus problems. My cough. Kept me up all nite. I was given a steroid shot capsules for my cough and a nasal spray. In a couple of days the cough was gone and I wasich better. Now I have the cough back and am coughing all nite again. I'm out of capsules . What do you suggest?

Antitussive syrup is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern.

The cough is directly related to the recent throat infection .

The cough in your case needs to be suppressed at all cost.

For this I advise you to have Syrup TUsq D to be taken 3 times a day.

This has to be supplemented with antibiotics like Amoxiclav one tab twice day for 5 days.

This regimen will be very effective in treating your symptoms.

Please note these drugs have to be taken only under starict medical prescription.
