Brief Answer:
May be related to liver inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Please upload a picture of your lesion.
Have you done any blood test? If so upload the results.
If not done do liver function tests , CBC and APTT and let me know the results.

Such lesions may occur due to liver inflammation from consumption of alcohol in excess or may be due to bleeding into the skin. A picture would be helpful.

Take care
