Question : I just recently noticed some red bumps on the head of my penis under the foreskin. It doesn't itch or bother me expect for me freaking out. Wanted to know what your thoughts are on it. Also I've only been with one woman for the last 8 years or so and her doctors say she is clean. I'm just very worried

Here is a picture. I put some neosporin on it this morning which is why its shinny. It doesnt itch or hurt at all. It has been very hot here lately and ive been working outside. So i didnt know if it was like a heat rash or something along those lines.

Brief Answer:
These are pearly penile papules, normal physiological variant

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and these are pearly penile papules.
It is a normal physiological variant which is present in many normal individuals.
You don't have to worry about them as they are totally harmless and require no treatment.
These are not related to hot weather or anything else.
Don't be anxious and just relax.
