Question : my daughter and i developed red dots all over our lower torso.. buttocks and stomach along with a few on our arms. It happened overnight. there is no itching.

not water filled. more like small pimples. no fever no bodyache.

Just relax there is nothing to worry.
Apply calamine lotion twice a day for three days.
