Brief Answer:
Petechial spots

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached image. I understand your concerns. I would need to ask you whether you have sore throat. The spots are petechial spots (small subcutaneous bleeding spots) could be caused due to Streptococcal infection as in sore throat. I would also need to ask you whether you have any family history of clotting disorders as they are another possible cause. Low platelet counts could also cause petechial spots and therefore it would be a good idea to get a complete blood count done (looking for the platelet count specifically). The blood count will also eliminate the possibility of other serious bacterial infections (like meningococcemia) which could be another possible cause.

Please note that simple coughing could also give rise to petechial spots but since the other causes could be serious, they require exclusion.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards

I recently had a CBC test done about 2 months ago and everything was normal. I also had the doctor run a INR, aPTT, and bleed time test and those were normal as well. I don't have a sore throat but I did have the flu three days ago and I was vomiting.

Brief Answer:
Wretching during vomiting could cause the spots

Detailed Answer:
The vomiting could explain the petechiae. The force of wretching during vomiting could lead to the formation of these spots. Since the blood parameters were normal I guess there is no reason to worry.
