Brief Answer:
further test required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
This require further tests. This doesnt look like folliculitis and is more sign of some infectious disease so you should rule out STD first, such as herpes, clamydica or syphilis. You can continue with antibiotic agents but it may not be helpful for viral infections so you need to rule out these first.
Wish you good health. Regards

Hi there, back in august i ruled out syphilis and clamedia with std testing. There was no test done in august for herpes, in august i was diagnoses with folliculitis and fungus which the fungus was treated. It's been over 108 days since contact with another person. Could herpes take that long to show up?
Hi there, i just posted another picture. Could this be a simple pimple, i tend to have pimples in the area, when i sweat heavily.

Brief Answer:
it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It could be pimples especially if you sweat al lot. This could cause so called suppurative hidradenitis. It is good that stds are ruled out,and it is not so likely that hepres can occur after so long. You shoould apply antibiotic topical agent and there are granualtion promoting patches such as granuflex or aquacell which may help. Also, shaving this area frequently may lead to folliculitis
