Question : hi. I have a rash on my stomach area that ive had for a few months now. its red spots all over. Doesnt hurt or itch tho. thought maybe it was a heat rash but it doesnt seems to go away at all.

I can understand your concern for the rash on your abdominal area.

After analyzing the picture and ccorrelating with your query I can make out a diagnosis of Pityriasis rosea. It is a self limiting condition and is of quite simple nature.

Even then to confirm the same I humbly request you to kindly send few more good resolution pictures of the affected areas. Kindly send good resolution pictures wirh good illumination which can be magnified for better analysis. kindly let me know whether you have such kind of spots on your back too.
