Question: I was stung by a yellow jacket 2 days ago and my leg is swollen red and puss where I was stung. I had perianal fistula surgery about 2 months ago. I have antibiotics left over, Cipro and flagly, will these get rid of the infection?

Brief Answer:
Your infection will come down.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.
Your leg got infected and inflammed.
Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole will not be that much helpful in your case.
You need an Antibiotic which covers Grampositive bacteria. I prescribe Antibiotic like Linezolid or Clindamycin along with anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Don't scratch or apply anti inflammatory gel over it.
It is preferable to cover the area with dressing.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
