Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling On Eye

Question: A few days ago I got something in my left eye and now it seems I have pink eye. my eye is very red and oozing a little and swollen in a way. it feels like when your eye gets burned from welding. if there is a way to cure this with over the counter meds do you know a way?

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having redness, swelling and discharge from the eye. These symptoms suggest a most probable diagnosis of conjunctivitis or pink eye as you are thinking.

This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops. I usually prefer to use broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops 2-6 times per day depending on the severity.
Hence you need to use antibiotic eye drops for treatment.
