Question : I have some redness in the side of my eye, on the white part. My mom, who is a nurse for over 50 years is concerned...she says it looks like not only blood vessels broken but some sort of eruption (?) as well.
My 9 yr. old daughter noticed it in the bathroom when I was doing my hair, about 2 hours ago. I do not know how long it has actually been like this.
No pain, no vision issue. I have not had any injury or chemical in it .
I have a picture of it I can provide.

Brief Answer:
Scleritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,

Have seen the photo. The problem your daughter is having is called Scleritis. Scleritis is a serious inflammatory disease that affects the white outer coating of the eye, known as the sclera. Some times rubbing of eye can cause erosion of cornea causing the condition XXXXXXX injury is not always there.

Give her Anti inflammatory medicines like Aceclofenac should be given for few days along with antihistaminic like Fexofenadine or Cetrizine.
Don't rub eyes.Wash them thrice daily with cold water.Wear a goggle to prevent direct contact of sclera with external enviroment.
Eye drop moxifloxacin in combination with analgesic and antihistaminic should be used 2 drops thrice daily for 3-5 days.(Get a prescription from your opthalmologist).Methylcellulose eye drops should be used to keep the eye moist and lessen friction.

Follow advice for 5 days,She will be fine.
In case you need any other advice i would be happy to help.
Thanks
