Brief Answer:
For how long has this even going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this issue and all the disturbances it must have caused to you. I will like to know for how long this has been going on. Also, sperms may not get into the vagina but may rather retrograde to the bladder in what is called retrograde ejaculation. This is more common in persons who have had a prostate surgery.

In all, we have to rule out retrograde ejaculation and also assess for how long this has been going on.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
