Brief Answer:
You need to see a spine specialist/orthopaedician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You are having nerve compression in spine. I would suggest you to go to orthopaedic surgeon with spine specialisation. Till you get to specialist doctor I have following suggestions for you.
1.You can try tablet Advil or Brufen for pain relief.
2.Avoid forward bending, smoking or jerky activities.
3.Tablet Pregabalin M can be taken at night time. Also there is role of steroid injection in back . These medication can be given by spine specialist only.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
