I have gone through the query. It appears you have this problem for a long time.
Please get back with details of investigation like ultrasound, STDs test, sugar etc. done by your doctor. Also is there history of drug intake / treatment .
Is itching also present.
I do not see any lesions in photos attached in the site. If you have pictures of lesions, I will suggest you to upload it.
It is unlikely due to radio wave procedure.
As you provide necessary details, I suggest you to drink plenty of water,.wear loose cotton inner wears. Make sure there is no friction or irritation.
It may be dermatitis due to dryness or irritation.

Thank you for follow up query.
I have again gone through the photos and description in your previous queries.
It is unlikely for herpes to give a constant burning pain. It usually causes recurrent but not continuous pain / burning.
Microwave effects( burning) cannot last longer for years. So unlikely.
You can get an ultrasound done to rule out any pathology in scrotum or urinary tract( Symptoms of penile pain).
You can get investigated for diabetes, Vitamin B deficiencies, etc
You can follow advise given earlier to prevent any irritation.
Unlikely fungal infection as there is no skin lesions seen in photos.
Also you can take Vitamin B complex tablets mainly B12.
You can consult urologist, if persists, for evaluation.

It is good that your ultrasound reports are normal.
You can take vitamin B supplements.
Drink plenty of water.
Check for diabetes .
Sometimes even anxiety may cause similar symptoms. Just relax, forget about procedure undergone.Get involved in activities you like.
