Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images. Unfortunately the Images are not very sharply focused and appear blurred.
I request you to kindly upload better images. I cannot clearly make out the problem in these images.
Kindly let me know if she complains of scaling/ flaking on the affected area on scalp? Is there redness? How long since she has this concern?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the images.

I can see some dull red erythema on scalp. She seems to have seborrheic dermatitis.
I suggest her to use Ionax T shampoo (coal tar and salicylic acid) every alternate day. Massage it well onto wet scalp and allow it to act for 5 minutes.
She may also put ultiderm lotion(fluocinolone acetonide) onto affected area on scalp, twice daily.

Regards
