Brief Answer:
List of conditions (possibilities)

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on your description, I am suspecting this pain to be related to the blood vessels (i.e. nerve pain) and not exactly related to the skin.

As mentioned by you, this pain was first in one region and has now started appearing in other regions, I would thus recommend a few investigations to help rule out/confirm a few conditions:

+Herpes (blood test to look for HSV-1 and HSV-2)
+Diabetes (blood glucose profile)
+Alcohol withdrawal
+Multiple sclerosis (neurological examination and spinal tap)
+Fibromyalgia (blood test)
+Guillain-Barre syndrome (neurological examination)
+Neuropathy (neurological examination)

I understand that the list may be complicated and lengthy, but in my opinion any one of these conditions could be the cause for your presentation sir. Please take this up with your doctor sir. We need to investigate and rule out conditions in order to reach the exact diagnosis.

In the meantime, you could initiate vitamin B complex. I hope you understand why it is important to first diagnose your condition and only then initiate treatment sir. Please speak to your doctor for the same sir, and please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
