Question: Hello Doctor,
Yesterday morning I felt severe abdominal cramp. Although I had been bathroom three times, my stool was Not watery. After that, I still had abdominal pain and I hardly stood up until next day.
Right now, I still have a mild abdominal pain. However, I am having more vaginal discharge, which is pale yellow without odor. Also, every time after eating or drinking, I will feel lower abdominal boatingykam and mild pain again. Please suggest what health problem I have and what should I need to aware of? Brief Answer:
It can be pelvic inflammatory disease or some genital tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems more related to genital tract infection than gastric one. On these symptoms it can be pelvic inflammatory disease or some genital tract infection and it's better to get yourself examined by a gynecologist and may need high vaginal swab for cultures and sensitivity as well as for microscopy and KOH tests. Antibiotics choice can be made based on the culture reports or preliminary antibiotics like metronidazole alongwith ciprofloxacin might be needed.

A pelvic ultrasound should also be considered and if possible urine cultures and urinalysis may also be asked for. Meanwhile using anti spasmodic like drotaverine and OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help with the symptoms. Drink more water and keep up good hydration status.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
