Brief Answer:
Inflammatory acne vulgaris

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think you have pustular and inflammatory acne vulgaris. It is painful as there may be secondary bacterial infection. You are taking antibiotic, vitamin E and isotretinoin.
Still I would like to have answers of few queries.

1) from how many days you have this disease? And was it in past also?
2) do you apply any gel or cream?
3) are you married?if so, any issue? Age? do you take oral pills?
Menstrual history?
4) do you have any other systemic or skin disease?
5) do you take any other medicines other than you told?
5) past history of any disease or medicines?
6) use of cosmetics?

Please answer above queries and post the photos of face and affected parts. So that I can help you in better ways

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Have patience in treatment of your disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back.

You seem to have inflammatory acne vulgaris. I usually advise, in my patients having such problem as below...

1) avoid tension and worries.
2) avoid oily food and milk
3) avoid excessive sun exposure
4) have proper sleep
5) cleanse the face with antiseptic like acmed face wash
6) apply clindamycine gel in morning and benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5% at night
7) cap minocycline 50 mg twice a day for one month followed by once a day for few months or till good result
8) isotretinoin cap 5 mg daily at night for few months
9) nimesulide 200 mg twice a day till pain and infection subside

I think this would be helpful to you in treatment of your disease, but consult dermatologist to have prescription of the drugs,as the above suggested drugs are not the prescription.

I hope you got my answer.

Wish you early recovery.

Thanks.
