Question : severe back pain right side around to front, a group of small rash like bumps by his penis hurts to walk

Could be herpes infection.

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel ,Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion,this pain and rash could be due to Herprs Zoster , a viral infection.
PL let me know if you have any other symptom related to back pain like radiation to legs or increase in coughing etc.
Take painkillers, a combination of pregabalin and methycoballamin,and anti viral therapy. Consult your dermatologist for specific treatment and dosage.
