Brief Answer:
Possible Viral Gastro-intestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health question.

What you are describing seems like a Viral gastro-intestinal infection.

It starts with vomiting for one day, and continues with diarrhea.
You also may have fever, fatigue of course.

Some practical advises I may provide are:
-- As you are doing, drink small amounts of water, but frequently. You will need to substitute the fluids you are losing. What I tell my patients is: drink one sip of water, every 5 minutes.
-- Eat when appetite is back- diet with Rice, yogurt and banana. Avoid milk because it makes diarrhea worse.
-- If you have diarrhea with blood, mucus or if high fever, then you should consider seeing a local doctor, because you may need antibiotics.
-- For the back pain you can take Acetaminophen as needed, every 4 hours.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Take care.
