Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know the duration since when there is this problem and if there was an inciting event too.
At your age it is a rather unusual thing so if it has happened after delivery then please let me know.
Waiting for your response till then take care of following points -
- give hot fomentation in the form of hot water bottle
- avoid awkward position during sitting or sleeping
- donor stoop down while standing to pick things and rather sit and do the desired job
- see the mattresses in case you have very soft ones or very old ones then change them with new and hard ones.
