Question : Hi, I've typhoid and on antibiotics now, problem is when I wake up I get a mouthful of foul smelling saliva which continues to come for quite some time and settles after clearance of liver.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible gastritis.
The antibiotics ate known to cause gastritis.
I would suggest that you take pantocid 40 mg at bedtime.
This tablet is usually given with antibiotics, but is usually given in morning.
Take an added dose at bedtime.
