Question: Hi I have a severe cough from 3 days and some blood is coming with phlegm while coughing in early morning after brush normally if I'm spitting blood is not coming can u please explain what was the problem

Blood in sputum (phlegm) is known as hemoptysis.
Hemoptysis can be due to pneumonia, tuberculosis, bronchiectesis, bronchitis and lung cancer.
But at your your age, possibility of lung cancer is very less.
Possibility of infective etiology is more in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out about mentioned causes.
