Brief Answer:
Likely to be a bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you are having high fever and loose motions for 4 days, it is likely to be a bacterial infection and not a viral infection and you require proper antibiotics. These are prescription medicines in most countries and it would be good for you to see a doctor and have yourself examined, investigated and properly treated.
If it is not possible for you to see a doctor, then a course of ciprofloxacin and metronidazole may be tried.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
