Question : Before Few month little bit sperm came out from my penis and mostly penis didnt dry. I took homopathy medicine for one month now i m married from few days but i have erectile problem during intercourse . Before take medicine i have no any this type of problem . Plz help me and tell me the perfect solution . Thanks

I would suggest you to stop those medicines. If the problem is still there, you can take tablet tadalafil (prescription drug) 2 hours before intercourse.
Avoid smoking and alcohol, if you do.

Can i take shilajit or kesar for this problem. Is it benificial. Normaly is this temporary problem? Bcoz i m in tense . Should i dont try daily sex ?
