Question : Hi I am having severe gastric pain and having gastric motility.can I have have kinepride?

You can take kinpride (cinitapride) in such a situation. It is a good medicine, is well tolerated and is almost free of side effects. However, I would also suggest you to take omeprazole once daily before breakfast. Also avoid spicy food and avoid long gaps between meals.
