I have read your query. If you provide me more information then it will be helpful.

How is the pattern of hair fall?
Is it more on frontal side and crown side?
Do you have any dandruff coming from scalp?
Any localized hair fall and balding in some areas?

Hair fall could be related to multiple factors like diet,nutrition, hormones, stress or using cosmetic products.

You should rule out anemia by doing complete blood count and iron profile.

Vitamin D and B12 level should be checked.

Thyroid profile should be done to rule out hypothyroidism.

In all these conditions, hair fall can also occur.

I would suggest you to take oral tablets containing biotin and other essential vitamin and minerals for 3 to 6 months which will prevent further hair fall.

Use of shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil to the hair.

Avoid combing in wet hair or dry them with towel and then do combing.

Avoid blow dryers and hair color or dyes.

Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and remain stress free.
