I have hair fall.I have tried a tablet called trichoton.And there is no reduction in hair fall.

Hair fall can be due to number of reasons like :
1 ) Anaemia
2 ) Thyroid dysfunction
3 ) Nutritional deficiency
4 ) Hormonal
5) Idiopathic
6) Infection
7) recent long term illness or mental stress
I will like to know following details -
1 )For how long you are having hairfall?
2) Is it diffuse or patchy or in some pattern?
3) any recent long term illness or mental stress?

I would like to advise you to following investigations :
1 ) Hemogram
2) Thyroid profile

I have hair fall since 8 months.And i have dandruf too.And i have delivered baby boy 2 years back.And i have suffered with tuberculosis and typhoid 6 years back but not in the recent times.

I dont have any patches on my head.

Hair loss is only the mental stress for me and i am having healthy and nutrious diet.

Then you need to get your Hemoglobin and thyroid profile done.
In such cases, I prefer to advise oral tablet containing Biotin, Calcium pantothenate, selenium as main component. The tablets are available with various brands. These vitamins and minerals are required for proper and healthy hair growth.
You need the take it For atleast continuous 3 months for beneficial effects.
Along with I advice my patients to apply topical minoxidil lotion 2 percent over the affected area twice daily.
You should visit your doctor to get the prescription for the the same.
You can share my opinion with him.

ketoconazole containing shampoo

Detailed Answer:
For dandruff, you may use shampoo containing ketoconazole . It should be used on alternate day basis. Leave the shampoo on scalp for around 3-5minutes before you wash it off.
