Question : When I bend over a clear watery liquid pours out of my nose on one side.Did you forget about me??

Its been going on for a few months and yes I have headaches and I feel like I'm running a fever even though the thermometer doesn't indicate it. About a half teaspoon runs out.the liquid is clear and non offensive. its salty

Please, get the nostrils examined!

Hi,

This is certainly from the nose and the surrounding sinuses. With no fever, pain and the liquid not being offensive, it is very unlikely that there is an active infection going on. I will like to get the nostrils examined to look for possible pockets that may explain this fluid collection and drainage when you lean forward. Your primary care doctor can actually do so.
