Brief Answer:
Need examination as soon as possible by a doctor or in an ER

Detailed Answer:
Good morning. I'm assuming that you mean to say that you are experiencing a bad headache since yesterday.

The temperature you report would not be considered all that high but certainly with the symptoms you are giving of an inability to flex your neck properly and with very little other information to go on such as whether there is sensitivity to light and sound or whether or not, whether there is nausea/vomiting, whether or not this condition of headaches is something you've had in the past but now the neck is bothering you or whether this whole entire constellation of symptoms is unique....I would say that the most urgent concern is that you be examined at an ER or Urgent Care center since this could be the early stage of meningitis.

The only way that can be reliably diagnosed is by getting a thorough neurological examination, blood work, and a spinal tap to look at the spinal fluid.

On the other hand bad migraine types of headaches can cause similar pictures including very painful and tight necks during the acute phase of the attack. The fact that you've been taking medication is also of some concern because if you've taken an excessive amount then, not only is the headache not going to be helped....you could make it worse....and an additional concern with taking medication and getting a stiff neck is the presence of something called ASEPTIC MENINGITIS which though generally is precipitated by aspirin use in sensitive users.....can still be seen and needs to be distinguished from a bacterial process.

Therefore, the best advice I can give you is to drink A LOT OF WATER and other neutral types of fluids (juices, Gatorade, Pedialyte, etc.), STOP taking the paracetamol, and get to medical attention as quickly as possible.

If I've adequately answered your questions could you do me a huge favor by CLOSING THE QUERY and being sure to include some fine words of feedback along with a 5 STAR rating if you feel my suggestions have helped? Again, many thanks for posing your questions and please let me know how things turn out.
