Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Empiric treatment with NSAIDs like naproxen in addition to muscle relaxants like tizanidine should help resolve the cramping.

If it persists or worsens despite treatment then further investigation would be required to determine the cause. These include serum electrolyte levels in addition to vitamin D and PTH levels, plain x rays of the leg (Tibia/fibula), ESR/CRP, Doppler ultrasound of both lower limbs.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
