Brief Answer:
Give proper hydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She has cramps. It may be due to dehydration, low calcium or potassium.

She should take proper hydration. Give plenty of fluid orally. Fresh fruit juice can be taken. For pain relief analgesics plus muscle relaxant can be given accordingly.

Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.
No need to worry much about that. If it doesn't respond to treatment then calcium level should be tested.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
