Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Low back pain at this age may be due to muscular spasm or lumbosacral radiculopathy.
Is the pain localised to back only? Any radiation to lower limbs?
Any urinary complains?
Any motor weakness or sensory loss in lower limbs?
Pain can be managed by pain killers with muscle relaxant like Aceclofenac or Naproxen or etoricoxib with muscle relaxant like tizanidine, thiocholchicoside.
Pain modulator medication like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used.
Local pain reliever ointment can be used.
Physiotherapy can be started once acute pain is releived.
Avoid stopping forward, lifting heavy object,, squatting, sitting crossed leg.
Imaging of spine may be required if symptoms persists.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
