Brief Answer:
Color doppler and Ultrasound and opinion of your Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/71 - noted h/o breast cancer three years ago - taking tamoxifen and high BP meds - developed severe pain in complete calf of leg - not bruised no redness or hotness -

Please give additional information:
Since when is the pain?
Any swelling in the calf or leg?

The commonest reasons are:
Spasm of the calf muscle. This usually eases on on light massage, walking around with Ibuprofen that you are taking
DVT- deep vein thrombosis, means blockage of the deep vein of the calf muscle, the pain increases on pressure, massage (should not be done), walk around.

This can be confirmed by Color doppler and ultrasonography of the lower limb and clinical evaluation by a Surgeon/Doctor.

I hope you should get these done ASAP in consideration of the past history, get an early diagnosis and proper treatment.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
