Question : hey my name is XXXXXXX I just moved to raleigh nc and my insurance did not go through.
I have a severe panic disorder and im currently taking paxil but im still having panic attacks to the point where it is effecting my job i just cant afford this.

In your case, either you need higher dose of paxil or need to change antidepressant. If you can not afford paxil, then you can try fluoxetine or escitalopram. These drugs are equally effective as compared to paxil and cheaper than paxil. Rest, you can discuss with your physician or psychiatrist.
You can also try relaxation exercise like yoga, meditation or deep breathing exercise, that would help you stay calm or relax.
