Question : What causes severe leg cramps, last night I had 3 cramps drawing in my left leg including my foot and 2 cramps in the right leg all at the same time. Lasting about 15 min , this has been happening for over 4 years. Maybe 5 to 6 times a year usually lasting as long as 45 minutes. What test should I ask my doctor to run?
