Question : I take high blood pressure pills, my pressure has been normal until yesterday when I suffer a very stressful situation. Ever since this my pressure I high 160 over 90. When I took my medication this morning it went down, however all day it has bee fluctuating. Should I take another pill? I take XXXXXXX 10/40.

You don't need to take another pill. You should take your pill on your regular time.

I would advice you to keep stress level low.

Take a good sleep and ask your doctor for alprazolam to be taken for 1--2 days to reduce your anxiety as well as your blood pressure.

Avoid coffee , Smoking and alcohol in case you do.
