Masturbation does not cause pain of tail bone (Coccyx)

The pain in Coccyxthat you have could be due to inflammation of Coccyx resulting from prolonged sitting or local injury .

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

It should get resolved within a week .
