As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory track infection (URTI) .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Diluted Betadine mouth gargle ,
Tab paracetamol 650 mg for pain with inflammation &
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night .

You will get relief .

Thanks doctor, it generally happens 3 to 4 times in a year . doctors says Me this is sore throat, what may be reason of this, How can I avoid to this . Any precautions in terms of food etc.

It common to have sore throat 3-4 times in year in seasonal allergy patient . Seasonal allergy causes infected post nasal discharge which result in sore throat .

You need to start anti allergy medication as soon as allergy start to avoid sore throat due to PND . Avoid extreme cold & hot food item .
