Brief Answer:
Does this happen often or just today?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to know if this happens often or it happened just today. Also, is he having any disease condition such as diabetes, hypertension, etc?

First thing would be to make sure he eats and drinks well. Let him get some rest and maybe the night sleep wasn't that good. Unless this persists, I will not be pushing immediately for aggressive evaluation. Most persons often feel tired on transient bases and this usually resolve with rest.

Kindly update me and I promise to weigh in further as soon as I hear from you!

Not happening just today, it's been happening a lot lately, he mows half the lawn not that big and he is exhausted comes inside and sits for a short time: He helped me plant a few flowers on saturday and was totally wiped out which I don't feel he should be.

His wife passed away last year and he took care of her for 3 years as she had altimerzer's not spelled correctly, sorry: With her at home he would be up at 6 a.m. do all things for her, etc, and then they went to bed at 10 p.m., he did all the cooking laundry, helping her in shower, dressing her, etc, you name it he did it for her. She spent the last four months of her life in the hospital.

Yes, he is diabetic, takes medicine for it, type 2 diabetic by I am also and I am not as tired as he is all the time and do much more then he does he is only a year and two months older then I am.

Really not sure why he is so tired all the time, but he is and I really do not think he should be. All he did this morning is on his computer for two and half hours, napping now .

No hypertension that I know of.

I am not his partner and live here with him.

Brief Answer:
Tiredness with exertion raises possible heart disease!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Getting easily exhausted with exercise points to the heart. I will suggest that he gets his heart evaluated. Specifically, a heart ultrasound will help establish what the exact volume of blood being received and pumped by the heart is. The exam should also focus on blood examination as anemia can also explain these excessive tiredness that you have reported.

In all, let him be evaluated for anemia and heart disease.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
