Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Quetiapine and propranolol both can cause fall in blood pressure which could be the reason for cold sweats.
Another possible reason could be anxiety. If not controlled adequately, it can also cause cold sweats.
Please do get your blood sugar levels checked as hypoglycemia can commonly cause cold sweats.
Hope this answers your query.
Feel free to contact further.
Thanks.

What would you prescribe for my depression and anxiety as I don' t what I am on is working
Brief Answer:
Propranolol in low doses, mirtazapine.
Detailed Answer:
In my opinion, you can take propranolol regularly in low doses of 10mg twice a day. This should suit you. For sleep issues, drugs like mirtazapine can be added in night time. This will help you in controlling anxiety as well as having adequate sleep.
Kindly talk to your doctor about this as these are prescription drugs.
Hope this helps.
