If this is red and painful on touch then this is most likely to be perianal abscess and you need to see proctologist for itw. if this is not painful then it may Indicate warts,lipoma,fibroma or some other benign lesion that doesn't require urgent procedure but if it grows you should see a doctor for further evaluation. wish you good health.Regards
