Brief Answer:
possibly yeast

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sudo cream is good for chafing but if you are getting the small red spots it may be a yeast infection. Yeast infections are generally itchy and spread if not treated. They often form in areas where skin rubs and there is sweating in hot weather. Try an antifungal cream or powder such as terbinafine, lotrimin, miconazole, terconazole, or ketoconazole. These are available at many pharmacies without a prescription.
If this does not work you may need to see your doctor for an evaluation and diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
yes there is yeast

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The photos shows both evidence of yeast and another viral type infection called molluscum contagiosum. The small bumps that are raised with a dot in the center look like molluscum. The redness and small dots all around look like yeast.
I suggest that you use the yeast cream or powder to get rid of the yeast. The molluscum bumps can be removed by a doctor by freezing or other methods or sometimes they go away on their own. Here is a link for you to read about molluscum.

Brief Answer:
no

I do not think they would help get rid of the problem but they should not accelerate the growth of the yeast
