I m graduate engineer working in XXXXXXX
I have problem of social phobia,whenever some assignment of speaking/addressing a conference is given to me ,my face become red and not able to deliver the speech in natural way.My night sleep lost one day before of any meeting,negative thought developed before starting.After meeting and addressing my sleep lost too.Please advise

You have problem of social anxiety.

In such cases, drugs like propranolol work very very. You can take 40mg propranolol half an hour before your speech.

Also, you can practice for your speech one day prior in front of mirror or your family members.

I think your sleep is disturbed due to this anxiety of performance next day. This will resolve once you regain confidence of public speaking. For now, you can take zolpidem 5mg. This will not cause hangovers next day.

As both these drugs are prescription drugs, you must consult your doctor for valid prescription.

Sir,you mean to say propranolol 40mg sos
&zoopidem for sleep disorder. For how much time I should depend on it,is there any side effects. Are these tablets available in the market by same name.

Ok, then what will be the mg of these tablet inderal ? Zolfresh? available at my place.
One thing more isn't any other method to control the situation like yoga ,meditation or deep breathing.
You see I don't have difficulty in handling my subordinate staff but whenever I come across some authoritative figure or big meeting I lost

Sir,I am having 20 tablets of inderal 10 mg and 10 tablet of zolfresh 10mg.They are previously used by my brother, not expired.So can I use them in proportionately are purchase fresh one i.e. 4 tab of inderal and 1/2tab of zolfresh
