What Causes Big Brown Patches On The Head Of The Penis?

Hello. I dont know what this is and im socially handicapped + have a social phobia so i cannot, and i cannot stretch cannot enough - go to a doctor or a dermatologist.

I need to know what this is and how to treat it asap, it is a big brown patch with other small patches of skin above my penis. Its been there for about 1 or 2 years more or less and I ignored it until now.

Information regarding this skin patch:

Does it itch? No, unless im extremely warm i.e when im working out in a warm enviroment for a long time while producing alot of sweat.

Does it have any height?: No, it does not looks very flat, im not sure if theres some mm raise, i cannot determine for sure. but it has no significant height.

Does it smell?: No, it does not smell. After ive showered it smells nothing at all. Other times it just smells like normal sweat.

When i drag my finger(s) across it i cannot tell any difference from my normal skin.

Would like an answer asap, this is bothering me, but i have alot of deep mental problems so its not just "go see your doctor" - saying that wont help me at all. Id rather have information about what it is and how to cure it.
